Hey, I’m Ava!
Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, I’m dedicated to turning innovative ideas into accessible, user-centered solutions.
Originally from San Francisco, I’m currently pursuing a MS in Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University and have a background in Entrepreneurship and Engineering Management.
When I’m not diving into design frameworks, you can find me logging bike rides on Strava, tinkering with my camera, or tuning into a Think Smart Talk Fast podcast!
My Why
My journey into human-centered design began at twelve, inspired by a personal photography project. Wondering, “How might I create lasting and meaningful ways to preserve cherished memories for homeless families in San Francisco?”
My solution became my non-profit, Images2Remember.
Over the past decade, my personal project has shown me the power of an empathy-based problem solving approach. Today, I’m driven to use human-centered design to place empathy at the heart of transformative and impactful innovation!
